Not to compete with our OG, but here comes the same incredible, seasoned baked whitefish spread recipe, but we decided to kick it up a notch and bring it with Goat Cheese. Made with light local chevre, it adds a unique flavor with a little zing at the finish to our ample portion of fish to the spread. If you like and/or love goat cheese, this is your jam. And if so and so doesn’t, they’ll never know 😉
