Our third offering in our Premiere Whitefish Product line are our light and delightfully crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, whitefish cakes. They are a blend of fresh seasoned whitefish, chopped bell pepper and green onion, balanced nicely with fresh herb and spices, binded by egg and panko breading. They can be enjoyed either as a meal, perhaps on a bed of artisan greens, or lightly pan-fried or baked as an appetizer. The beauty of these is their complex flavor, yet simplistic cooking options and prepared in less than 15 minutes (from fresh) *20+ minutes from frozen. Perfect to pan or air fry, grill or bake!
