We are a small, family owned and operated generational business in Northern Door County, Wisconsin. We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest quality of standards with our products.

Due to the nature of the business, the uncertainty of each hard-earned winter catch and all the variables that go along with it, we are allowing ourselves plenty of time to fulfill each order, each handled with incredible care. We are offering once a week shipping to over 30 states December-April (subject to product availability), and mandatory over-night shipping to 20 other states.

Specialty products, especially FRESH FILLETS and non-cured or frozen products, no matter the time of year, require extreme care and handling, and we will not compromise our quality for faster service. We can’t thank you enough, appreciate your support, and your understanding!
