In our 35th year, in 2021, we took our multi-generational experience to the public full-on with a new endeavor, Henriksen’s Fish House, just North of Gus Klenke’s Garage in Ellison Bay. Building on our Farmer’s Market offerings, The Fish House features our famous fresh boneless whitefish fillets, our small batch, made in-house whitefish spread, (choice of cream and goat cheese), and our ever-so popular homemade whitefish cakes. We also have frozen whitefish Caviar (subject to availability) Winter of 2021, we are introducing freshly made Rustic style Fish Soup, with Scandinavian influences with additional culture flare loaded with fresh herbs and spices.
In addition to our whitefish delicacies, our storefront supports and showcases local artisans and small Door County businesses including Cultured, Farmhouse Leather, Door County Wildflower Candles, DoCo Pit Pacs, Door County Cannabis Company, and is also the proud home and premiere outlet of Gemma Lou’s Door County Furbaby treats.
